The Herb Garden

Overview: The Herb Garden consists of four major componensts: medicinal garden, aromatic garden, knot garden, and native herb garden.

A closer look: The herb garden is the largest in the southeastern United States. The largest component is comprised of medicinal herbs (plants that have been used as medicines.) A second garden features aromatic species, including many culinary herbs, in raised brick beds.

The third garden features a knot garden where herbs are planted to look like they are woven together from a vantage point. The fourth garden is a native medicinal herb garden.
