Overview: The Spring Flower Garden exhibits trees and bushes that flower during early spring.

A closer look: The Spring Flower Garden hosts many types of azaleas and camellias because it was the original Azalea Camellia garden.  It was established in 1980. Since that time, dozens of azaleas, redbuds, dogwoods, fringe trees, Taiwan cherries, oriental magnolias, wisteria, and other species have been planted to provide a splash of spring color. March and April are the months of maximum color.
